This is true when Tri Plumbo resists the stun, but not true for all mobs. EG Cultists and Uncle Pumpkinhead when they resist (Target resisted.) do not get the visual effect.
This is now fixed - tested with Brawl doing martial arts and with Burst using assault rifles.
Was able to verify by completing ICC bio-inspector's first quest, returning to him, then deleting the second quest. A blank dialog box opens then closes. Player is unable to get next quest.…
