Can log multiple characters into same game account at same time

Shade perk "Unsealed Blight" from spirit phylactery line seems to think targets are always affected by bloodletting (distill life 6 from traders)

I could not reproduce this behavior, I killed mobs and they spawned fairly quickly within 5-10 minutes.

RK Speed buff doesn't cancel in SL
