Tier armor upgrade process not working properly

Confirmed. This is now seems to be working as expected.

"First Tier Metaphysicist Body Armor" is of a too low quality level. It must be at least at quality 160.

Joker's Glyph incorrectly consumed during Jobe Armour tradeskill.

The Joker's / Arcana Glyph are no longer consumed during Jobe Armor Tradeskill.

Subway: Abmouth resets at surgical tables, becomes nonreactive and immune

Confirmed.

Checking with .npc bt reveals that Abmouth is stuck in Leashing state after returning to his spawn position.
