Reproduction steps

1. Find Redundant Scan and attack
2. Wait it to cast Wrangle on you

Expected results

They shouldn't cast Wrangles on enemies

Actual results

She casted Wrangle on me

Bug prevalence

Only once

Description

Maybe remove Wrangles from their possible Nano list

This should now be fixed.

It was easily reproducible before, but after the recent PR/Fix, it no longer seems to occur.
