Describe the bug
mp mobs will get stuck casting the mp pet summon nano, creating a meatball swarm

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to totw entrance
Aggro a "Novice Nanomanipulator"
Wait a little while, until it has the chance to cast 2 attack pets
meatball swarm

Expected behavior
mp mobs shouldn't be able to cast more than 1 attack pet
