Reproduction steps

1.tried to attack mob.
2.said I could not attack
3.

Expected results

Raggy came to check it out, monster attacked him and I , and we werent able to attack back.

Actual results

RaggyBH: NPC Hash: PLNZ
RaggyBH: Is casting the 'NoNoAttack' nano on spawn ID: 242890
 BH was able to make killable ,but after respawn he was set back to not able to attack.

The Sun-Lens spawn in with 'noNoAttack' already in their NCU, indicating this is likely related to the quest NPCs on the same NPC Hash that use the nano for the brief invuln, seems to be being used by them all, which is incorrect.

This also seems to happen with Barad-Or (ARAD) .tp 170.4 868.6 y 105.0 4311 and other NPC's there. All you have to do is to just have other side than omni and they will attack you - you can't attack back.

There are some additional mobs where the "Nonoattack" nano should not be running on them at all. These mobs mistakenly have the "NAAA" (No attack 10 minutes) item on their equipment, and should be removed. For example, all pinks in Pande have the item: NPC Name: Corrupted Xan-Len NPC ID: 1014209 Template Hash: LDOT Location: `.tp 395.0 380.0 y 25.2 4328` Corrupted Xan-Len Equipment - 100% chance - [NAAA] No Attack 10 Minutes (lh 242892 242892)
