AOE Blinds from NPCs not affecting player character #1044

Describe the bug
AOE Blinds do not seem to blind the player currently.

To Reproduce

  1. Use .tp deepsub
  2. Run around and get 'Mass Claw Eyes' executed to NCU without being blinded

Casting the blinding component of Mass Claw Eyes on yourself works correctly.

However, the AOE component is being executed into your NCU (83964) instead of the debuffing/blinding component (83946), maybe this results in the player not being blinded?
