Foremans/Biomare Dr. Hercules Lincoln and Linda Osmos missions don't reward xp #1091

Reproduction steps

Go speak to Dr. Hercules Lincoln /tp 1135 2375 610 and agree to help.
Make your way to Linda Osmos /tp 150 365 1941 and hand her the report. Linda Osmos will give you 4 missions in total, and you have to return to her after completing each one.
Ultimately finish them all and return the report to Dr. Hercules Lincoln.
None of these missions reward any xp.

Expected results

To receive XP each time you complete a mission during the process.

Actual results

No rewards whatsoever until you receive the Security card to take to Maintenance Supervisor Johnsson, and the report to return to Dr. Hercules Lincoln. And no XP at all. Nor any XP from Dr. Lincoln upon return of the report.

During this mission string you should receive xp each step along the way, and there is no reward until the item reward 5 missions completed, then another return item mission to Dr. Hercules Lincoln with no XP reward.
I have done this mission string three times over the past few months and it has been this way each time.

Another user today mentioned that the Clan side also does not give XP but they only got as far as the security camera mission, I had not had time to test clan sided missions in here.
This would be referring to Clan sided Investigator - Ace Starr /tp 1855 1215 795 and the Clan sided Foremans NPC Maintenance Worker - Rodriguez /tp 280 365 1941

This is because there are some server-side only items which we do not have. We will need to create the foremans XP reward items to fix this bug.
