Reproduction steps

1.Cast Sympathetic Harmonic Cocoon .ncu run 154552

Expected results

Sympathetic Harmonic Cocoon should stay as a Buff on the Engi and replenish the Buff to Team members and Pets every 20 Seconds

Actual results

It is being buffed on Engi and Pet and Team.
Next Tick it dissapears from the NCU
