Removing a stack in a vendor makes you buy nothing. #1136

Reproduction steps

1.purchase some stims, or treatment kits, buy more then 1 stack at once ( Example= Your buying 150 stims)
2.Remove 1 stack before confirming the purchase (your now only buying 125 stims)
3.

Expected results

I chose to buy 1 stack less, i should now have bought 125 stims

Actual results

I didnt buy nothing, by removing 1 stack in the purchase window, it bugged out.
