Basic Shops (Basic Weapon Terminal) sell only up to QL49 #1150

Reproduction steps

  1. check all basic shops in newland/bor/omni-trade/oa/westathen
  2. open Basic Weapons terminal
  3. sort by QL to quick check highest QL beeing sold

Expected results

i expect to at least see one of them terminals to sell a QL50 weapon

Actual results

none of them have a QL50 weapon in stock

just checked live omni-trade basic shop and they sell indeed QL50 weapons in OT Basic Weapons terminal.

will check again tomorrow where a shop-reset has been done for sure.

a quick check:
seems to apply to terminals like "Basic Armor", "Basic Tools", and various tradeskill terminals like "General Tools and Bases - Basic"

Confirmed.

Rolled a few PFs and it seems the basic terminals only go up to QL49. However, this might've been a hidden change on live, would need to scour some old forums posts for true confirmation of the expected outcome for 18.4

Can note that it was an old strategy to buy QL 50 Gripo-Com from basic shops and stock up on a lot of them to sell. Auno comments dates back to 2005 being the case of "buying" them as below:

Fixed again, hopefully for real this time - though admittedly the chance to roll a 50 is quite low... possibly lower than 2% even!
