Reproduction steps

  1. Cast any doctor team heal, for example "Minor Team Healing"
  2. Creates "TEAMDUMMY Minor Team Healing" in your NCU, requring 3 NCU, meaning if you do not have any NCU, you do not get heals.

Expected results

The doctor team healing should not require any NCU to heal, there was one on live that gave a small healthdelta buff, which i think is called blood circle, other than that they should never create "TEAMDUMMY Minor Team Healing" in your NCU, therefore not require any NCU to heal.

Actual results

No healing unless you have NCU available.

I'll add to this that Trader team heals have the same component. Casting Premium Delayed Health Payment requires 43 ncu to be able to be healed. https://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=118200&patch=15000

Can confirm that Team Heals are now functioning correctly without requiring available NCU to execute the healing.
