Reproduction steps

  1. Create a new Adventurer
  2. .cheats enable and .set level 220
  3. Zone
  4. Attempt to perk line "Lightstalker"
  5. Perk other lines to ensure they are working correctly.

Expected results

We should be able to add perks to "Lightstalker"

Actual results

You cannot add perks to "Lightstalker"

Bug prevalence

Every time you try and perk "Lightstalker"

Can someone with a non-cheat enabled Adventurer confirm this is not an artifact of the .cheats enable usage? First perk is available at Level 20.

Confirmed. I also disabled cheats and relogged and it did not change anything. Currently Lightstalker does not seem to be perkable.
