Reproduction steps

Take QL4 Solar-Powered Weapon Supervisor .item 164522 164523 4
Combine QL4 Solar-Powered Weapon Supervisor with QL5 Jandawit Cleanup Cluster .item 137281 137282 5
Error message; "Solar-Powered Weapon Supervisor" is of a too low quality level. With "Jandawit Cleanup Cluster" at quality of 5 , the "Solar-Powered Weapon Supervisor" must be at least at quality 4.5.

Expected results

The levels should be rounding up or down depending on the decimal - .5 should round up given you can not reach QL4.5 - this combination should be doable with the 80% OE calculation in mind.

Actual results

Gives me an error saying the item is too low.

"Solar-Powered Weapon Supervisor" is of a too low quality level. With "Jandawit Cleanup Cluster" at quality of 5 , the "Solar-Powered Weapon Supervisor" must be at least at quality 4.5

Confirmed. There appears to be some rounding errors/mistakes with certain tradeskills and it's skill requirements

Now able to combined with the above items, also tested with the exact TSkill values. Confirmed fixed as of 13/12/2024.
