Trash King Belt lets you put ncu after equipping in the same zone but breaks after zoning #1199

Describe the bug

Cannot test properly since the server went down but basically once you get the TK belt (https://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=151699) and you get it equipped, you can put ncu's and everything on fine. After you zone, if you remove ncu you get "not a valid location or this location is not available)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Kill TK and loot belt (tested on 6 slot)
Add full NCU's
Zone and remove an NCU
Try to put the NCU back on but it doesn't allow it

Expected behavior
You get to swap NCU's freely.
