Reproduction steps

  1. Create a new character.
  2. Talk to Brandon Thorn

Expected results

Brandon Thorn should hand the player a stack of 200× Startup Treatment Laboratories upon interaction.

Actual results

You'll receive only one Startup Treatment Laboratory instead of the intended 200.
