Reproduction steps

Expected results
Peace Keeper is supposed to shoot, and play a ranged attack only, when shooting.
Actual results
Both animations are played at once, regardless of combat type. Which is supposed to be a shooting attack, even at close range.
Bug prevalence
Every time the ICC peacekeeper is engaged.

This is still occurring - here is some more information:
At Line of Sight: [ ] | dst: 17.17 rng: 2.00 rad: 3.00 the ICC peacekeeper attacks visually only with rifle.
At Line of Sight: [ ] | dst: 14.22 rng: 2.00 rad: 3.00 the ICC Peacekeeper uses the combined attacks with kicking, punching, and the rifle.
Dst 15 seems to be where the mob switches to combined attacks. Any closer than that and it will use the melee graphics. though still do projectile damage of the same amount:
