Reproduction steps
Expected results
The expectation is that when a mob spawn that it immediately starts to wander around.
Actual results
The mobs spawned and they stood still.
The mobs were killed and spawned on exact same location, no wandering afterwards either

On every death the mobs don't wander/move around on Newbie Island

NOTE: This was tested on ERGO.
Confirmed. Mobs in newbie island are not wandering as they should.
Also post-leashing mobs return to their spawn point, but maintain their attack animation, they do not return to idle.
