Reproduction steps

  1. Teleport to newbie island (.tp 927 738 y 22.2 4582
  2. Walk around and observe that any mobs that spawn stand still no matter what
  3. Attempts have been made to kill mobs in an effort to "unbreak" their idle state without any of the mobs starting to wander as expected

Expected results

The expectation is that when a mob spawn that it immediately starts to wander around.

Actual results

The mobs spawned and they stood still.
The mobs were killed and spawned on exact same location, no wandering afterwards either

Bug prevalence

On every death the mobs don't wander/move around on Newbie Island

Confirmed. Mobs in newbie island are not wandering as they should.

Also post-leashing mobs return to their spawn point, but maintain their attack animation, they do not return to idle.
