Reproduction steps

Create a new character or use an existing character
Log in to the game
See the "Item Store" (vgtp://uwg.store.icc-rk/index.app) pop up in the middle of the screen with a 404

Expected results

I'd either expect a functioning item store to show up, a MOTD (with a different title) to show up, or the item store page to not show up

Actual results

404 page not found shows up

This was tested on ERGO - and likelyhood is that it's referencing ClientWeb engine on Ithaca which isn't working at the moment (Drake). See 1324840910 for ideas
