Eel's Control Tower can move around #1226

Reproduction steps

  1. TP to 1974.8 1239.6 y 25.0 505
  2. Engage all the various Control Towers.
  3. Move around a bit after engaging them (not too far as the mobs in general in this area drop aggro a bit too easy)
  4. Notice them moving around following you

Expected results

The Control tower's are (like on live) stuck in place and not dropping aggro despite being slightly out of range

Actual results

The towers move around following you to ensure they're within range to attack you

Bug prevalence

When engaging these towers in combat

Description & Attachments

Certain static /non-moveable mobs) should not move around. Some additional work should probably be done in investigating if other mobs that should not move are moving.

Some of these are a bit difficult to test since the mobs drop aggro range a bit too quickly, but they're still moving around. both at 1933.1 1250.4 y 25.0 505 (Main OTAF Base) and 810 1810 y 25 505 (Secondary OTAF Base)
