Quest dialogue with Welcoming Cultist shows as conversation options twice #1242

Reproduction steps

.tp 1814.4 2697.7 y 28.8 647 to the Welcoming Cultist
Have no quests completed from NPC beforehand
Start conversation with Welcoming Cultist
Select option "...?"
Select option "'Eternal Life'? Really?"
Select option "Right..."
Select option "The Future."

Expected results

That the list of selectable options when the NPC is finished introducing "The Future" that the option is then removed from the selection of quests

Actual results

That the list of selectable options still include "The Future".

Please note: This is reproducible for "The Future,", "The Past." and "The Present.". When selecting the options for the second time they are removed from the selection of options to answer. See below as example:

When re-opening the conversation with the NPC it appears (as expected) empty of selections.
