Reproduction steps

Have player 1 in a team with player 2
Log into third character, invite player 1 or player 2 to a team
Get successful "Join team request sent to xxxx"

Expected results

Error message, same as live that indicates that a player already in a team cannot be invited

Actual results

no message on either my end or the other person's end
