Portals from Elysium Port Seven and Port Five do not function #1319

Reproduction steps

  1. Approach Portals at Port Seven (.tp 1130.2 714.2 y 82.1 4543) or Port Five (.tp 1513.2 1138.0 y 20.5 4544) in Elysium in Shadowlands.
  2. Attempt to enter portal

Expected results

I expected to be teleported to the corresponding portal inside Jobe. Port Seven should take me to the portal in Jobe Harbour (.tp 358.1 345.0 y 360.4 4532), Port Five should take me to the Portal in Jobe Plaza (.tp 271.9 261.4 y 480.2 4533). I didn't verify on live exactly where these teleport to, it's approximate.

Actual results

I was unable to teleport using the portals at Port Seven and Port Five.

Putting combination of shadowlands and prio 2 on this, as when we consider shadowlands to be "ready to go" this is a "dealbreaker" for considering SL "good to go". Obviously also verified this. Even with the buff ( .ncu run 239825 )
