Reproduction steps

  1. Find a target to heal. You can have a friend attack a guard, or you can summon your pet to attack a guard (.ncu run 43737) (.tp icc)
  2. Get your friend or pet to attack a guard and hit the guard ONCE, generating as little aggro as possible
  3. Spam heals on your friend or pet (.ncu run 28650)
  4. Observe that the guard will never attack you

You can also test this by just:

  1. Summon a heal pet (.ncu run 125746)
  2. Hit a guard ONCE, generating as little aggro as possible
  3. Get your pet to spam heals on you
  4. Observe that the guard will never attack the heal pet

Expected results

TLDR: 2 points of healing should generate 1 point of aggro to all targets currently in the healed person's hate list (see comment below for full explanation). Additional special rules apply for CH/Invocation

Actual results

Healing does not generate aggro at the moment

Bug prevalence

Every time

Description & Attachments

Is there a command to check the hate list of a mob and how much aggro each target has generated by the way?

@faffywaffle there sure is and it's .hate

Testing with healpet
I tested briefly in TOTW and using a MP with attack pet and heal pet did not see any aggro on the heal pet despite heal pet healing the attack pet Ragey2.

[Exarch Ecclese] Hated Targets:
[684] Id: 4477 - Metametameta <----- player
[617] Id: 105417 - Ragey2 <---- attack pet
.hate succeeded.

Confirmed that heal pets do not get hate/aggro from healing.

Testing with doctor and player
Doctor did not gain aggro for casting heals on other player or self.
[Warchief Ribcracker Rockthews] Hated Targets:
[2658] Id: 4477 - Metametameta <---- attacking player
[233] Id: 4817 - Hunter2 <---- doctor casting Livegiving Elixir 3 times (the 233 damage was from melee hit You hit Warchief Ribcracker Rockthews for 233 points of melee damage.

Player Healing does not increase hate/aggro.

Finally have some data from 18.8 live.
TLDR: 2 points of healing generates 1 point of aggro

HEALING AGGRO TESTS
Left number is damage dealt by tank, vs right numbers which is the amount the healer healed the tank for. The final rightmost number is the last heal before healer took over aggro
1380 vs 1042x2 +1042
1057 vs 1042x2 +698
2430 vs 1042x3+496x3 +496
1958 vs 1042x3+698+28x3 +28
1375 vs 1042x2+496+28x6 +28

Also note, there were some changes made to complete healing aggro in patch 18.7, which significantly reduced the amount of aggro that some CH nanos generate. Both doctor CH/ICH generate less aggro after the change, but adventurer's invocation of phoenix did not benefit from the aggro nerf (it still generates significantly more aggro than other CHs)

See: http://launcher.anarchy-online.com/patches?patch_id=50
"Doctor Complete Healing has been given a line cooldown of 30 seconds and now heals the target for 100% health. This nano program will no longer pull aggro in the Shadowlands. This nano program is now in the same line as Improved Complete Healing.
Doctor Alpha & Omega has been given a line cooldown of 80 seconds and now heals the team of the doctor for 100% health. This nano program will no longer pull aggro in the Shadowlands. This nano program is now in the same line as Improved Complete Healing."

However, from my experience, after 18.7, there is no difference in aggro generated from CH/ICH in both RK & SL
