Reproduction steps

  1. .ncu run 204303 (Feelings of Mortality) on yourself or another
  2. Select complete heal from programs (Don't .ncu run) and cast on target with Feelings of Mortality in their NCU
  3. Comes up with "NCU error: Better nano program already running." and the inabilty to cast on the person

Expected results

To cast on the person with Feelings of mortality or one foot in the grave, but comes up with the message of:

Nano program executed successfully.
Target resisted.

Actual results

Inability to cast on player with debuff with a message saying better in ncu

Bug prevalence

Everytime selected from programs. .ncu run overrides it and gives the correct message and behaviour.
