Reproduction steps

  1. Wield a Fear Forged Blade
  2. Attack something. Wait for it to proc
  3. You will be put in a permanent casting state where you can't loot items (You get the "Please Wait" error)

Expected results

Procs should not put you in a permanent casting state

Actual results

Nano bar on permanent casting

Bug prevalence

This is same as #1392 which I've already verified so just going to shut this one down even though it was first (sorry @faffywaffle )
