Reproduction steps

  1. Be a trader and buff up the CL to be able to equip a belt (CL Proficiency + Frequent Customer)
  2. Start equipping belt
  3. wait

Expected results

The belt should have been equipped.

Actual results

"Nanoprogram Frequent Customer terminated...
Your Computer Literacy is required to be at least 180!
You're unable to wear this item.."

and item is not equipped
