Reproduction steps

  1. Find a mob that has AOE nukes (DOT: .tp totwdefender) (Tara: .tp tara)
  2. Ensure your NR is low, and that your other hit by nano channel is on
  3. Wait for the mob to cast an AOE nuke
  4. Verify that the mob hits both you and itself with its AOE nuke

Expected results

AOE nukes/DOTs/skills that a mob casts on a player should not hit itself

Actual results

A mob casting AOE nukes/DOTs hits itself

DoT and Tara are not attacking themselves with AOE currently. However, DoT is hitting cultists with his AOE which causes them to attack him and they will kill each other,.
