To log back in after wifi disconnected to all channels being there, and able to talk.

Description & Attachments
Unfortunately, i haven't found a fix solution, just seems like a sit and wait sort of thing. When it does try to reconnect to chat, you get a message up saying "Attempts to reconnect to chat server: ______ (GM msg only)"
Refering #1513 to this bug as may be connected or same thing.
I don't have wifi right now, but I pulled the cord and waited for the game to close then plugged it back in.
When I logged back in everything worked properly including chat.
I did notice that even with the ethernet cord removed, the game appeared online for quite a while and I started to get the Attempts to reconnect to char server message. The game closed after I saw it count to 2.
I wonder if perhaps when you or anyone else who experiences this issue, they are not actually online or connected to the server.
I... can't get this reproduced 100% either, unfortunately.
