Cannot further buff my character even though I have enough ncu for it. #1574

Reproduction steps

Buff up with as many nanos as i can, get to 111/171 ncu occupied
Cast a nanoprogram that I could still have room for (i.e. MM mastery)
Get the Target does not have enough ncu left message

Expected results

To have the buff correctly apply to my character as long as the amount ncu allows for it

Actual results

I keep getting the error message and cannot further buff myself

Bug prevalence

Every single time I have over 100 ncu's occupied

pay attention to the screenshot where it shows 102 NCU out of 171
I am here trying to cast PM Mastery and the message pops up when it has clearly space for the buff
