Reproduction steps

  1. Go to Redeemed temple in Adonis (.tp 2679.5 1555.2 y 78.3 4872)
  2. Kill Watcher Gil Hume-Wei & Sipius Gil Ilad-Ilad
  3. No note drops

or

  1. Kill Hypnagogic Jorr-Thrak Dal (.tp 1533.1 874.9 y 178.6 4872)
  2. Kill Fortuitous Urga-Yutt Dal (.tp 1532.1 937.5 y 179.9 4872)
  3. No note drops

Expected results

Note should have a 100% drop chance from the 4 mobs described, according to their loot tables
