Reproduction steps

  1. Periodically will get a duplicated chat message regarding being attacked by a mob
    Attacking Micromind Mega-T6601-Z01...
    Attacked by Micromind Mega-T6601-Z01!
    Attacked by Micromind Mega-T6601-Z01!

Expected results

to only seee the attacked by once

Actual results

periodically will see attacked by twice upon engaging mob in combat

every now and again
