Reproduction steps

  1. Periodically will get a duplicated chat message regarding being attacked by a mob
    Attacking Micromind Mega-T6601-Z01...
    Attacked by Micromind Mega-T6601-Z01!
    Attacked by Micromind Mega-T6601-Z01!

Expected results

to only seee the attacked by once

Actual results

periodically will see attacked by twice upon engaging mob in combat

Happens for things other than "Attacked by" as well. I'm getting it for nano cast completions.
