Reproduction steps

Be an MP
Spawn an attack pet (.ncu run 43718)
Get an aggression enhancer (.item 83920 83920 200 1)
Target the attack pet and use the aggression enhancer

Expected results

A message should so that you cant use it on a friendly target.

Actual results

The pet does not attack you, but you are able to use the aggression enhancer on the pet.

Have not checked Engi or Crat, but I assume it's the same.

Can confirm the issue is reproducible.

Note that the "Aggro" floating text appears but the hate list appears to be unmodified and the player is not attacked.
