Reproduction steps

Nano shop (where you hand in Spec books) in Jobe does not allow you to use SL Heal or Nano kits.
Update: It also does not allow you to use RK kits, with the message "You must not be in the Shadowlands in order to Use this!"

Go to Playfield: IPSInterior_Basic:

Extended location information:
- 183.3, 95.0, 6.7 (183.3 95.0 y 6.7 4575)
- Pf Proxy: Model=51100:4575 GS=0 SG=0 R=4575, resource: 4575
- zone: 0, area: "Area"
