cant use link cant log in to create one

Reproduction steps

used bog temple statue
looked like it was loading, just sat there with the prk loading screen
After 20 min terminated the app

Expected results

to zone into garden

Actual results

nothing stuck at the loading screen
Now, when I try to log in, it just selects him to log in and then draws the bar across and puts me back to login screen

Bug prevalence

a few times server reset brings me back

use Insignia of Roch on statue .item 214855 214855 1
arrive in Garden of Roch.
