Reproduction steps

  1. Open Skills Window
  2. Reset Any Skill

Expected results

Remaining reset points to be reducted by 1.
The reset skill to return to base.
The invested IP to be returned.

Actual results

Remaining reset points to be reducted by 1. - OK
The reset skill to return to base. - Nope
The invested IP to be returned. - Nope

All skills show Current Improvements as 0.

I am level 60, you can see remaining as 5. Tried Sit/Stand/Zone/Relog

I'm thinking this is a UI issue, I'm not able to reproduce this. Even when cloning your character.

You do realise you need to take off all items as well, right?

try without the UI you're using and reopen if problem is still there.
