Reproduction steps

Create the Engi solar Powered Pistol and Right-Click it in the inventory to upgrade it 1 Level (works)
Try to do the same again (doesnt work)
After zoning try to do it again (works)
Try to do the same again (doesnt work)
Repeat

Expected results

Other Items that can be leveled-up like the Cyber-Armor or Morphing Memory can be upgraded multiple times in a row without having to zone inbetween

Actual results

Even though the req. are fullfilled after right clicking the second time to upgrade the second time just nothing happens at all
