Reproduction steps

Be an engineer. Upload Shadowland Anchor
Team someone
Both must be in SL, and close to eachother
Cast Shadowland Anchor

Expected results

On engineer side : You successfully anchored X team members.
On team member side : You successfully been anchored.

Actual results

Nothing happens at the end of the cast, tryed to Initiate Shadowland Recall, but that doesnt work as Recall Anchor hasn't been set.

Confirmed. .set profession 3 for Engineer

Nanos for testing:

Shadowland Anchor (.ncu run 233839)
Initiate Shadowland Recall (.ncu run 233843)

Also tested with the higher version of each:
Shadowland Safeguard (.ncu run 233841)
Impel Shadowland Recall (.ncu run 233845)

Neither gave any feedback in the log about being anchored or anchoring team members. No teammates were recalled.
