Using nano recharger does not update your pool #2020

Reproduction steps

Deplete your nano pool
Sit and use Nano Recharger
Nano pool is not refilled
Try to cast a nano

Expected results

Expect the nano pool to refill with amount from recharger and be able to cast nanos

Actual results

The pool is not refilled and the UI does not update. Trying to cast a nano will fail and you get the message "You need at least NN remaining nano energy to execute this program."

If you have enough nano left to cast something the pool and ui will update and show current pool + recharged value - cost of nano cast.

If you zone you will get the correct pool
