Reproduction steps

1.Killed lvl 135 Ottous Boss in BF
2.Got Nano Calling of Salvinos QL 37 Nano

Expected results

Not possible to drop QL Nano its not +/- 10 % of Boss lvl after patch on 22.02

Actual results

Nano Crystal way below Boss lvl droped
