Reproduction steps

Try accessing Athen Shire from Holes in the Wall leads to infinite loading.
Try accessing Athen Shire from West Athen leads to infinite loading.
Try access Wartorn Valley from Old Athen leads to infinite loading.

Expected results

Getting access to the destination.

Actual results

Zone won't load.

Bug prevalence

Tried with multiple chars, multiple times, from multiple points of entry over a period of 8 hours. Failed every time.

Description & Attachments

These zones seem less frequented and may be in some state of power-/resource-saving. Unfortunately they are relevant for at least one quest, which can therefore not be done at the moment.
