Reproduction steps

1.Go to Eastfang in Elysium
2.Pull one of the Mortiig's that are on top of a platform without any ramps down to the ground

Expected results

For the Mortiig's to run down off of the platforms they are standing on

Actual results

The Mortiig's just stand still or run in place forever

Every time

This bug also makes it so the mobs keep aggro forever, I ran all the way to Stormshelter to test and I could not use sitkit's or logout at any point until I zoned
