Reproduction steps

Tried to log in these characters.

  1. Xenobie, Utgardia, Xenotech, Xenoby,
  2. Calldorian, Celioa, Utgardi, Calistan, Utechia
  3. All characters are not able to log in.

Expected results

To log in as usual.

Actual results

Stuck on loadingscreen.

Bug prevalence

everytime I log in.
