Reproduction steps

Mission terminal missions not working for me for some reason (I've seen this reported already), so tried bring report to Iratius from lady at OA whompas mission
Delivered report, got mission complete sound, etc.

Expected results

Mission to clear

Actual results

Mission didn't clear, but got corrupted as shown in attachment: no name, no description, but a title in mission log.

Mission is also now not deletable - until logged and and logged back in
