Reproduction steps

  1. Complete the "Jobe Scientists" questline upto the point you're required to spawn the first PB with item Prepared Notum Crystal with 'Immature Voidling'

  2. Head the appropriate incarnator and use the item as you would with any PB. Your item is used, your health is taken as expected but the mob does not spawn

Expected results

Imature Voidling should have spawned to allow us to kill and progress to the next quest point

Actual results

Nothing spawned, just lost health.

Bug, we tried twice (Two separate players, exact same result)
