Reproduction steps

Travel to lush hills resort (grid exit works)
Attempt to use the bank terminal or grid
Nothing happens, you cannot enter the grid or open the bank window

Expected results

To enter the grid or open the bank window

Actual results

Nothing happens, you cannot enter the grid and the bank window does not open

@Madcow confirmed the issue with various grid terminals, but it also seems to affect other outdoor terminal types (bank terminals as well).

Its not just Lush Hills.
I just did the fgrid quest, and several of the ones on the way i could use. Even the one i Omni Ent. as an omni.
