Reproduction steps

Start 2nd part of shoulderpad quest by handing Dodga's card I to Dodga
Target Trash King

Expected results

Mission completes and switches to the next step of the quest that requires using the transmission bug

Actual results

The mission simply disappears and is not replaced by the next step, thus the questline is broken and cannot be resumed.
Dodga does not remember the quest is started and the Dodga's Card I is gone so it's not possible to try again before farming the robot parts.

Bug prevalence

Once so far, will need to farm items for step 1 of the quest again before reproducing

Description & Attachments

Only things I can think of that could have disrupted the quest was being in Kodaik Velocity IV while targeting TK, or being too far away
