Reproduction steps
Does not happen every mission, but most missions will experience this.
Expected results
Interactable static objects should be interactable.
Actual results
Cannot target cannons partially inside walls roughly half the time.
Cannot open chests sunk in walls if too much of the chest is covered.

It seems the logic used for placing static items in missions has no margin for walls, so things can be spawned so close to them as to be inside of them.
