Describe the bug
Locked chest unlocked for locked for team members in mission: team member unlocks chest ( 2 person team ) - but chest stays locked for other team member - cannot loot
2nd bug within - 2nd team member cannot unlock check to get loot

( this will break nodrop loot in mission for 2nd charactrer

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

make mission - no specifics
find locked chest
Character 1 unlocks chest - see loot
2nd character tries to open chest - systems indicates locked

This seems to happen on the white box type chests

2nd bug
5. 2nd character tries to unlock chest - system will not let 2nd person pick chest.

Expected behavior
The 2nd character should be able to open chest and get loot
