Reproduction steps

1.Turn in The Book of Insignificant Rituals
2.Wait for Vanya to spawn
3.Vanya spawns in 100% supression. Where you turned in the book.

Expected results

I expected Vanya to spawn in the east room with 75% supression.

Actual results

Vanya spawned in 100% supression room and is not attackable.

We were trying to spawn cama and vanya in order to get hearts needed for the ice golem quest and failed to do so. Ardents do not spawn and cama and vanya spawns in 100% supression rooms.

And very important note, even the NPC tells you to go to the other room to meet the summon:
"Well, I guess I better keep my end of the deal. I have some things I need to talk to her about myself.
Hurry over to the summoning room, she wont stay long. Show her The Book of Insignificant Rituals and she will understand why we have called for her."
